At Ivanhoe Cycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that bicycles must not have been ridden outdoors and custom builds are final sale.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct shipping address.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the product in its original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package to ensure prompt processing.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a trackable shipping service. Once received at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
