Yes, all bikes shipped within our local delivery zones are fully assembled and safety-checked by our certified mechanics. For interstate shipping, bikes are 85% assembled and require minor setup of the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel.

What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for bicycle returns, a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

How long does shipping take for online orders?
