The Shimano Deore XT M781 series is deigned as an upper-end recreational level component series. This derailleur is best suited for hybrid and mountain bikes. 

Utilising Shimano's Shadow RD technology, the Deore XT RD-M781 delivers consistent MTB shifting performance over rough terrain. Stabilisers built into the rear derailleur reduce chain slap in rough conditions, producing a quieter ride with less drivetrain noise and reducing wear on your drivetrain components.
